The PTSA Executive Board consists of volunteers serving a one year term for up to two consecutive years. Our board is elected in the Spring of each year. Teacher Representative - Ms. Federico
Liaises between the Reed staff/faculty and parent community to build bridges through constructive communication.
Reflections Committee Lead - JESSICA KELLY AND RENEE CARPENTER
Administers and coordinates the Reed MS PTSA annual Reflections Arts Program and Contest.
Appreciation Committee Lead - MARIA DIAZ
Celebrates our teachers all year long and organizes events for teacher appreciation week, including breakfast, massages, gifts & appreciation by class.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Committee Lead- RESE CLIFTON
This committee collaborates with Reed student cultural clubs and organizations to see how PTSA can partner and support their DEI efforts. In addition, this committee will make recommendations about practices PTSA should adopt in our own organization, and advocate for within Reed and LAUSD, to ensure more equitable and inclusive outcomes.
